Warp 9 Surron Rear Disk Guard
This part = 99 entries to win the ETM RTR
Description
Thin rear rotors and trail debris don't mix — a stump strike or a rock kicked up at the wrong angle can tweak or crack a stock rotor fast. The Warp 9 Rear Disk Guard is built oversized on purpose, sized to shield both the stock 203mm rotor and an upgraded 220mm rotor if you've already stepped up your braking. It's the kind of cheap insurance that trail and moto riders add before they need it, not after.
Compatible With:
- Sur-Ron Light Bee
Features:
- Guard profile sized to cover stock 203mm rotors and upgraded 220mm rotor setups
- Includes spacers and longer bolts to relocate the caliper for a 220mm rotor
- Rear spacer catch is slot-cut so you're not fighting it during rear wheel removal
- Shields the rotor from rock strikes, stump hits, and trail debris
- Bolts on using existing mounting points — no frame modification
- Pairs cleanly with other Warp 9 rear-end hardware for a matched look
- One of the cheapest ways to protect a part that's expensive and annoying to replace mid-ride
Full install walkthrough is linked straight from Warp 9 if you want a visual before you start turning wrenches, and the whole job is doable in your garage with tools you already own. Ships fast from the USA, straight to your door.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does this work with the stock rotor or do I need to upgrade first?
Both — the guard is sized to protect the stock 203mm rotor as-is, and it also covers a 220mm rotor upgrade if you add one later, using the included spacers and longer bolts.
Is this compatible with the Surron Ultra Bee or just the Light Bee?
This guard is fitted specifically for the Sur-Ron Light Bee. If you're riding an Ultra Bee, check our Ultra Bee-specific hardware listings instead — the rear end geometry is different.
Do I need any special tools to install it?
No — it bolts on with standard hex tools using the stock mounting points. Warp 9 has a full install guide linked in the listing if you want to follow along step by step.
