The Prize
One (1) modified ETM RTR electric dirt bike (Electro & Co). Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $4,000. Prize is awarded "as is," is non-transferable, and has no cash alternative.
Taxes & Winner Requirements
Because the prize value exceeds $600, the winner is solely responsible for all taxes and will receive an IRS Form 1099. Before the bike is delivered, the winner must complete and return a W-9 and signed eligibility, liability, and publicity releases.
