Throttle Co Electric Dirt Bike Giveaway — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID IN RHODE ISLAND AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

This giveaway (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Throttle Bros LLC ("Sponsor"), 5261 Beach Drive, Unit 4, Idaho Falls, ID 83401. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform (see Section 14).

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia excluding Rhode Island, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Rhode Island and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising/promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members, are not eligible. By entering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on June 26, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time and ends on October 1, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion. Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period are void.

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter. Both methods have an equal chance of winning; entries from both methods are pooled together and one winner is drawn at random from all eligible entries.

A. Purchase Entry Method

During the Promotion Period, each U.S. $1.00 spent (excluding taxes, shipping, and any discounts) on a qualifying order at throttleco.store earns entries: Parts — 1 entry per $1; Merch / apparel — 2 entries per $1; Digital products (screensaver / wallpaper packs) — 5 entries per $1. Entries are calculated on the qualifying product subtotal. There is no limit on the number of entries you may earn through purchases. Purchases are not required to enter or win.

B. Free (No-Purchase) Entry Method — Mail-In

To enter without making a purchase, hand-print on a plain 3" x 5" card your full name, complete mailing address, daytime phone number, email address, date of birth, and the words "Throttle Co Electric Dirt Bike Giveaway," and mail it in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope to: Throttle Co Electric Dirt Bike Giveaway, Throttle Bros LLC, 5261 Beach Drive, Unit 4, Idaho Falls, ID 83401. Each complete and valid mail-in entry received will be awarded twenty-five (25) entries into the Promotion. There is no limit on the number of mail-in entries you may submit; however, each entry must be mailed separately in its own envelope and be individually hand-printed (mechanically reproduced, photocopied, or illegible entries are void). Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 1, 2026 and received by October 8, 2026. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, postage-due, or undelivered mail. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.

5. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received through both the purchase and free entry methods during the Promotion Period.

6. Prize and Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

One (1) Grand Prize: one (1) modified ETM RTR electric dirt bike (Electro & Co). Approximate Retail Value (ARV): U.S. $4,000.00. Only one (1) prize will be awarded. The prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Sponsor (beyond any applicable manufacturer warranty). The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. No cash alternative is offered. All prize details not specified in these Official Rules are at Sponsor's sole discretion.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received, on or about October 6, 2026. The potential winner will be notified by telephone within three (3) days of the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt, fails to respond, is found ineligible, or fails to return the required documents (Section 8) within the required time, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries, time permitting.

8. Winner Verification, Tax Documentation, and Required Releases

Because the prize value exceeds $600, the prize is taxable income. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize. Sponsor will issue the winner an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the ARV of the prize. Before the prize is awarded or delivered, the potential winner must complete, sign, and return, within seven (7) days of notification: (1) an IRS Form W-9 (or the applicable tax form); (2) a signed Affidavit of Eligibility; (3) a signed Liability Release; and (4) a signed Publicity Release (except where prohibited by law). Failure to return all documents within the required time may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. The prize will not be shipped or delivered until all documents are received and verified.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city/state, likeness, photograph, voice, and statements for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media, worldwide, without further notice, compensation, permission, or payment.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion; to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion, and to award the prize from among eligible entries received prior to such action.

11. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

12. Disputes / Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. All entrants agree that any disputes will be resolved individually, in the state or federal courts located in Bonneville County, Idaho, and waive all rights to class-action proceedings.

13. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://throttleco.store/policies/privacy-policy. Entry into the Promotion does not require, and is not conditioned on, agreeing to receive marketing communications.

14. Platform Disclaimer

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Meta (Facebook), Snapchat, or X (Twitter), or any other social media platform. Each entrant releases these platforms from any and all liability arising from or related to the Promotion. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Promotion must be directed to Sponsor, not to any platform.

15. Winner List

To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope within thirty (30) days after the draw date to: Throttle Co Electric Dirt Bike Giveaway — Winner Request, Throttle Bros LLC, 5261 Beach Drive, Unit 4, Idaho Falls, ID 83401.
