Boost-spaced forks like the Fox 40, EXT Ferro, and Manitou Dorado use a wider hub spacing than stock, and without the right spacer your front wheel simply won't center up correctly. This 5mm spacer solves that, letting you run a boost fork on your Surron or Talaria front wheel without any other modifications. It's a required piece any time you're stepping up to a boost-spaced fork, not an optional extra — skip it and your wheel won't sit centered between the fork legs.
