Description

Bigger rotor, same forks. This Warp 9 adapter converts a 203mm post-mount fork to run a 220mm front rotor in a single bolt-on move — no new forks, no caliper swap, no re-drilling. It's one of the highest value-per-dollar brake upgrades available for a Surron Light Bee X, and it's the move most riders make right before or right after they upgrade pads.

Going from 203mm to 220mm increases leverage at the rotor, which means less lever effort for the same stopping force and more thermal mass to soak up heat on long downhills. If your front brake feels like it needs a two-finger death grip on steep terrain, this is the fix.

Compatible With:

  • Surron Light Bee X — front wheel, 203mm post-mount forks
  • Talaria Sting MX3 / MX4 / MX5 with 203mm post-mount forks
  • E-Ride Pro SS / SR with 203mm post-mount forks
  • Any light e-moto running 203mm post-mount front forks
  • Front wheel only — will not fit the rear caliper bracket

Features:

  • Converts 203mm post-mount forks to accept a 220mm rotor
  • CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, black anodized finish
  • Includes 4 low-profile nickel-coated Torx head bolts
  • Blue threadlock included in the kit
  • Works with your existing OEM caliper — no caliper change needed
  • Confirmed compatible with Brembo BK brake setups
  • Bolt-on install, roughly 15 minutes with basic hand tools

Torque the Torx bolts evenly with the supplied threadlock, spin the wheel to confirm the caliper is centered, and bed in the new rotor before you push it. Ships fast from the USA, straight to your door.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does this work on the rear caliper too?

No. This adapter is front-wheel only and is designed for 203mm post-mount forks. It will not fit the rear caliper bracket — do not attempt to adapt it to the rear.

Do I need a new caliper to run the 220mm rotor?

No. The adapter repositions your existing OEM caliper to clear the larger rotor, so you keep the caliper you already have. It's also confirmed to work with Brembo BK brake setups.

What tools do I need to install it?

Just Torx keys for the four supplied bolts and a way to hold the wheel steady. The blue threadlock you need is included. Plan on about 15 minutes, and re-check bolt torque after your first ride.
