Will this work on a Surron or Talaria?
No. This throttle is Ventus One OEM-specific. The connector pinout and signal voltage are calibrated for the Ventus controller. Other e-moto platforms use different throttle specifications.
Do I need to reprogram my controller after installing?
No. This is the same throttle spec the Ventus One ships with from the factory, so the controller recognizes the signal without any calibration or programming changes.
Is the grip replaceable separately, or is it bonded to the throttle?
The grip slides onto the throttle tube and can be replaced independently if it wears out. However, this kit comes with a fresh grip already installed, so you're good to go right out of the box.
