Beyond the look, a proper washer spreads clamp load so a bolt head does not dig into soft aluminum brackets and plastics — which is exactly where most e-moto hardware lives.

These are certified Titanium Grade 5 (6AL-4V) washers in M5, M6, M8, and M10, PVD anodized to match the rest of your titanium hardware. They work anywhere on a Surron, Talaria, E-Ride Pro, Altis, or any other e-moto running metric fasteners. Grab the sizes you need and finish the build properly.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which size do I need?

Match the washer to the bolt diameter, not the head. An M6 bolt takes an M6 washer. If you are unsure, measure the bolt shank with calipers.

Are lock washers available or only flat?

M5 is offered in flat or lock. M6, M8, and M10 are flat. For vibration-prone joints, use a flat titanium washer with blue threadlocker rather than a split lock washer.

Will titanium washers react with aluminum parts?

Titanium is far less galvanically aggressive against aluminum than steel is, which is one of the reasons it is preferred on aluminum-heavy chassis. A dab of anti-seize is still good practice in wet climates.
