Hey, Bryce here! The kickstand pivot is a low-glamour, high-annoyance spot on the Altis Sigma. The OEM shoulder bolt takes constant load, gets splashed with everything the front wheel throws at it, and it is the bolt most likely to rust solid and then snap when you finally try to remove it. This titanium shoulder bolt and lock nut set fixes that permanently.
Machined from certified Titanium Grade 5 (6AL-4V) with rolled threads for higher fatigue strength than cut threads, this set drops straight into the stock Altis Sigma kickstand mount. The PVD anodized finish shrugs off salt, mud, and pressure washing, so the pivot stays free instead of seizing over a season.

Will this fit my Surron or Segway kickstand?
No. This shoulder bolt is dimensioned specifically for the Altis Sigma kickstand mount. We stock a separate Surron-specific titanium kickstand bolt — check that listing instead.
What does a shoulder bolt do differently than a normal bolt?
The unthreaded shoulder gives the kickstand a smooth bearing surface to rotate on. A standard threaded bolt chews the pivot bore over time and the stand starts to bind.
Is the lock nut included or do I reuse the stock one?
The lock nut is included. Install the new nut rather than reusing the OEM one — nylon-insert nuts lose grip after a few cycles.
