Description
These are Warp 9 M6 x 1.00 flanged rotor nuts — the backside hardware for through-bolted brake disc mounts. On wheels that use a bolt-and-nut rotor mount rather than threading directly into the hub, this nut is what actually holds your rotor to the carrier, and it is not a place to improvise with whatever is in the parts bin.
The integrated flange spreads clamp load across a wider face so the nut does not dig into the carrier or work loose under repeated hard braking. The 1.00mm thread pitch is the standard fine pitch for M6 rotor hardware, which gives you more thread engagement per turn and better resistance to vibration back-off than a coarse pitch would.
Compatible With:
- Warp 9 wheels with through-bolted rotor mounts
- Dirt bike and dual sport brake discs using M6 x 1.00 hardware
- KTM, Husqvarna, GasGas, Yamaha, Honda, and Suzuki rotor carriers
Features:
- M6 x 1.00 fine thread pitch for maximum thread engagement
- Integrated flange spreads clamp load and resists digging in
- Hardened steel construction for repeated heat cycling
- Self-locking fit resists vibration back-off on rough terrain
- Pairs directly with M6 flat-head rotor bolts
- Replace as a set whenever you change a rotor

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between M6 x 1.00 and standard M6?
Standard M6 coarse thread is 1.00mm pitch on most metric hardware, and that is exactly what this nut uses. It is the correct fine-tolerance rotor spec, not an oversized or undersized substitute.
Do I need to replace these every time I change a rotor?
Yes, we recommend it. Self-locking features wear out after a few cycles, and rotor hardware is safety critical. New nuts every rotor change is standard practice.
Do these come with the bolts?
No, these are the nuts only. Pair them with M6 flat-head rotor bolts of the correct length for your hub and rotor combination.
