Will this fit a Surron or Talaria?
No. This rear fender is designed exclusively for the E-Ride Pro SS and SR frame geometry and mounting points. It will not bolt onto a Surron Light Bee X, Ultra Bee, or any Talaria model.
Is this real carbon fiber or just a carbon fiber look?
100% real 3K woven carbon fiber with a clear coat finish. You can feel the weave texture under the gloss. This is a structural carbon part, not a cosmetic film applied over plastic.
Do I need any special hardware to install it?
No. The fender uses the same mounting bolt pattern as your stock E-Ride Pro rear fender. Remove the stock piece, bolt this one on in the same holes. Hand tools and ten minutes is all it takes.
