Throttle Co ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Throttle Bros LLC, offers a mobile messaging program (the "Program"). By opting in to the Program, you agree to these SMS Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Program description
When you opt in, we send recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages (for example: a welcome offer, abandoned-cart reminders, back-in-stock alerts, promotions, and order updates) to the mobile number you provide. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.
How to opt in
You can join the Program by submitting your phone number through our website sign-up form or at checkout and agreeing to receive text messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. We are not responsible for these charges.
How to opt out
You can cancel the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive messages unless you re-enroll.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as our SMS provider (Klaviyo), is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Changes to these terms
We may update these SMS Terms of Service from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page.
