Best E-Moto Vinyl Wrap Kits for Surron, Talaria, and E-Ride Pro (2026)

Hey, Bryce here! Decals and graphics kits are great, but a full vinyl wrap takes your Surron, Talaria, or E-Ride Pro from "I ordered some stickers" to "that's a custom build." Wraps are affordable, tool-free to install, and reversible — which means you can change your bike's look between riding seasons without touching the plastics underneath. They're one of the highest-visual-impact upgrades per dollar in our whole catalog, and they take under an hour to put on.

ThrottleCo stocks a full lineup of pre-cut vinyl wraps for the most popular electric dirt bike platforms. Whether you're after a stealthy Vantablack blackout, a carbon fiber texture that costs 5% of real CF, or a camo pattern for trail riding, we've got a wrap designed for your exact bike.

Types of Wraps We Carry

Carbon Fiber Wrap Kits

Carbon fiber vinyl is the most popular finish in our wrap lineup — and for good reason. The texture looks premium in photos and in person, adds visual depth compared to flat black stock plastic, and holds up to mud and UV well. We carry pre-cut carbon fiber wrap kits for the Surron LBX, Surron Ultra Bee, Talaria MX3/MX4, Talaria XXX, and E-Ride Pro. Each kit is cut for its specific platform — no scissors needed, no trying to conform flat vinyl to curved plastic and ending up with creases. Install with a heat gun, squeegee, and about 30 minutes of patience.

Battery and Component Wraps

If you're not ready for a full bike wrap, a battery wrap is the fastest single-panel upgrade. The battery door is one of the most visible surfaces on a standing e-moto, and a fresh wrap there changes the whole impression of the bike. We carry an E-Bike Carbon Fiber Battery Wrap for a clean, professional look; a "72v" Style Battery Conversion Kit that makes your battery door read like a higher-voltage pack; and the Vantablack "Invisible" Battery Wrap in matte black that disappears into most frame colors. Any of these go on in 10 minutes.

Camo and Pattern Wraps

The ShadowSlate Black Camouflage Wrap is a digital camo pattern in black and gray tones that fits any platform. It reads "trail rig" without screaming "custom paint job." This is the go-to for riders who want their bike to blend into the woods rather than stand out at a track day. Pairs especially well on builds with dark anodized Warp 9 hardware and matte frame colors.

Fork Wraps

Your fork tubes take more abuse than almost any other surface on the bike — rock strikes, dirt buildup, and UV oxidation all hit them hard. The E-Bike Fork Wrap Kit protects the lower legs from minor scratches while giving the front end a color-matched or contrasting finish that looks intentional. Install over clean, dry fork lowers — the vinyl sticks best on a freshly wiped surface, and folding the excess behind any lip you have access to makes the edge hold much longer than a bare trimmed edge.

Headlight Wraps

The Baja Style Headlight Wrap transforms a plain stock headlight housing into something that looks like an aftermarket unit. Available for Surron and Talaria platforms. Pairs well with a Baja Designs S2 or Squadron Sport LED upgrade if you're going all-in on the headlight zone — the wrap covers the bezel and housing while the Baja Designs unit handles the light output.

How to Install a Vinyl Wrap on Your E-Moto

Installation is straightforward if you follow the order of operations. Start by cleaning the surface with 90%+ isopropyl alcohol on a microfiber cloth and let it dry fully — any oil or dirt under the wrap will cause lifting at the edges within the first few rides. Peel back just the first inch of backing and line up the wrap with the panel edge before committing the full surface. Warm the vinyl with a heat gun on medium heat (not full blast) and let it conform to curves and edge contours without creasing. Squeegee from the center outward, working air bubbles toward the edges rather than into a corner where they have nowhere to go. Trim tight edges with a soft-plastic trim knife and fold any excess behind a lip where one exists. A rear fold holds far better than a bare trimmed edge on anything that flexes under riding.

Which Wrap Is Right for Your Build?

Here's the quick-select guide by goal. For a trail or stealth build, go with the ShadowSlate Camo or Vantablack battery wrap paired with a carbon fiber fork wrap. For a track or show build, the platform-specific carbon fiber kit plus the Baja headlight wrap is the strongest visual combination. On a tight budget, start with just the battery wrap — it's the highest-visibility single panel on the bike and installs in 10 minutes. For a full transformation, stack the carbon fiber kit for your platform, the fork wrap, the battery wrap, and the headlight wrap and your bike will look unrecognizable from the stock photos.

FAQ: E-Moto Vinyl Wrap Kits

Do wrap kits work on any e-moto platform?
The full-body and battery wraps we stock are pre-cut for specific platforms. Check the product page for your exact model before ordering — Surron LBX, Ultra Bee, Talaria MX3/MX4, Talaria XXX, and E-Ride Pro kits are all separate SKUs cut for different panel shapes.
Will the wrap damage the stock plastic underneath?
No. Vinyl wraps use pressure-sensitive adhesive that doesn't permanently bond to ABS plastic. Remove slowly at room temperature or with light heat and the plastic beneath comes out clean.
How long does a vinyl wrap last on an off-road bike?
Under normal trail riding, expect one to two seasons depending on UV exposure and terrain. Battery and headlight wraps on more protected surfaces tend to last longer. Fork wraps take more rock strike abuse and may need replacement after a hard season.
Can I install a wrap over factory graphics?
You can, but we recommend removing factory stickers first. Vinyl over vinyl tends to lift at edges faster because the adhesion chain is interrupted at the overlap.
Do you offer custom wrap designs?
The wrap kits we stock come in the patterns shown in each listing. For fully custom graphics with your own number and color scheme, check our Decal Kits collection and the Summit MX options there.
